Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Data Analyst focused on Data Product within the Data & Analytics team. You will analyze, shape and maintain data assets and data products for internal stakeholders across business divisions.

The role requires strong problem solving, proficiency in SQL, and the ability to translate data into clear insights for non-technical audiences. Collaboration with analysts, data scientists and engineers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a mathematical or problem-solving field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, CS).
• Hands-on SQL experience is required; experience with Looker/Tableau or other analytics tools is valued.
• Some knowledge of data architecture and semantic layer concepts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear, well-structured data product features and improvements.
• Explore, profile and quality-check data to identify trends and opportunities for data products.
• Prototype, test and iterate analysis, reports and data views to support data product evolution.
• Serve as go-to contact for data-related queries regarding the Data Product roadmap.
• Support creation and maintenance of documentation covering data structures and assets.
