Job summary

DCBL is recruiting a Data Processor for our head office in Runcorn, Cheshire. This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and a robust benefits package, with 09:00–17:00 hours, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidate will process and check bulk data, support bulk letter and trace processing, and assist with bulk claim submissions. Training is provided, and there are progression opportunities within a rapidly expanding operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to be a Team-player.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to progress their career in the company.

Responsibilities

• Processing and checking bulk data.
• Monitoring and checking bulk letter and trace processing.
• Monitoring and checking bulk case loading and progression.
• Performing basic data retrieval tasks (training provided).
• Processing and checking bulk claim submissions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
• Any other reasonable task or duty as requested by the Company, including providing support and guidance
