  • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy, using own initiative to progress work while recognising when to seek guidance or escalation where appropriate.
  • Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and support the work of others to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
  • Act as a role model within a managerial position, consistently demonstrating best practice and effective ways of working.
  • A collaborative mindset, actively encouraging teamwork and best practice through clear, effective communication and the sharing of ideas across the group.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement, with the confidence to suggest enhancements to existing processes, tools, or ways of working.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining a clear, organised approach to work in order to meet deadlines and delivery expectations.
  • A genuine appetite for learning and professional development, with a willingness to build new skills and knowledge relevant to the role and the wider Data Processing function.
