This leading international retailer is looking to appoint a Regulatory Counsel to its UK business to provide wide-ranging legal support and advice to its group of high street brands.

About the Opportunity

As the lead regulatory lawyer for the UK business, you will manage regulatory matters relating to data privacy, marketing, competition, consumer law, and other regulatory regimes relevant to the brands.

You will partner with the business and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, managing risk and supporting a culture of integrity.

About You

This varied position is suitable for an individual with data privacy experience who is interested in expanding into other regulatory areas within a consumer context. Opportunities may include competition law, litigation, and healthcare law. Experience in marketing or consumer law is beneficial but not essential, as these can be learned.
