Job summary

Dreams Limited, Bedquarters, High Wycombe, is seeking a Data Privacy Assistant to join our Technology team for a 6-month fixed term. You will assist the Data Privacy Lead with DSARs, eDiscovery, and GDPR compliance across the business.

You will conduct DPIAs, manage records of processing activities, liaise with external stakeholders, and support privacy projects including OneTrust DPIA and supplier privacy paperwork, ensuring deadlines are met and service levels maintained.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK GDPR, EU GDPR and related acts.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and eDiscovery tools.
• Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to liaise with external stakeholders and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Bedquarters (Head Office)Fixed TermFull timeHigh WycombeThe RoleWe`re looking for a Data Privacy Assistant to join our Technology team for a 6-month fixed term, based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you will assist the Data Privacy Lead with the management and execution of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and eDiscovery activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in?
