Dreams Limited in Newbury is looking for a friendly bed expert to help customers find the perfect bed. You’ll use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to recommend mattresses while delivering trusted, personalised advice.

The role is 20 hours per week with shifts across our 7‑day trading week, in a store environment designed to feel welcoming and homey. You’ll join a team that values warm, positive interactions, ongoing learning, and achieving targets, with competitive on-target earnings
