Job summary

SSQ is seeking a Data Privacy/Cyber Lawyer in London to guide clients through GDPR, UK data protection law, and cyber risk strategies. The role blends legal expertise with technical awareness to craft robust compliance programs.

The ideal candidate will draft DPIAs, advise on cross-border data transfers, and collaborate with IT and business teams to embed privacy by design in new products and services.

Qualifications

• A qualifying law degree is essential; CIPP/E is highly valued.
• Experience in drafting data processing agreements or DPIAs is preferred.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and cyber risk management.

Responsibilities
