Job summary

Dreams Limited is seeking a Data Privacy Assistant to support the Technology team in a 6-month fixed-term role in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire. You will assist the Data Privacy Lead with DSARs, DPIAs and eDiscovery, ensuring GDPR compliance and robust data handling across the business.

The role emphasises collaboration, accurate documentation, and timely responses to privacy queries, with hybrid working and a bonus culture in place.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and comprehension of data protection laws (UK GDPR, EU GDPR, DPA)
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and eDiscovery tools
• Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment (Retail/Leisure/Hospitality)
• Experience handling large volumes of paperwork
• Ability to deliver results within defined timelines

Responsibilities

• Assist with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and related GDPR paperwork
• Support data protection impact assessments and DPIAs
• Maintain Records of Processing Activities and documentation
• Liaise with ICO and external stakeholders

In this role, you will assist the Data Privacy Lead with the management and execution of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and eDiscovery activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in?
