Job summary

YLD is seeking a senior data engineer/lead in London to drive hands-on data work and lead engagements with client teams. You will be the credible data voice in client meetings, shape data proposals, and guide delivery while building YLD's external reputation in data.

You’ll sit with the engineering leadership, mentor engineers, and help grow the data practice, with travel to client sites and involvement in events to showcase YLD’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a data engineering team and client-facing delivery.
• Strong data engineering background with production systems.
• Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
• Ability to present to senior client stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Experience with AI-native data workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities
