With significant client demand ahead, we are seeking a manager-level UI/UX designer to lead our platform’s design function, enhance our product’s usability, and ensure the product meets our client’s needs.
The Role
As a Data Platform UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the design function at Dash, working across our public website, core analytics platform, and marketing efforts. You will lead on user experience, interface design, and data visualisation, ensuring our platform is intuitive, insightful, and optimised for our clients’ needs. You will also oversee our junior designers and potentially manage external design resources where required.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role, working closely with our clients and internally with our product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can prioritise competing requests, and is both creative and data-driven in their approach.
