Job summary

aPriori Technologies in Belfast is seeking a Product Manager for the Data Platform to define and execute roadmaps across data services, analytics, and AI tooling. You will collaborate with data engineering to support real-time analytics and AI feature pipelines, and set data quality standards across source and consumer data products.

You will drive the analytics layer, govern a reusable semantic model, and evaluate AI capabilities to extend the analytics experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years product management experience, with 1–2 years owning data platform or analytics products.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Hands-on familiarity with BI platforms (LookML, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience defining AI evaluation frameworks and RAG concepts.
• Understanding of agentic AI patterns and guardrails for safe outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own the data platform roadmap, data services, performance, cost, and availability requirements.
• Partner with data engineering to ensure reliable, scalable platforms for real-time analytics and AI pipelines.
• Define data quality standards, SLAs, and observability; promote trustworthy data practices.
• Drive analytics layer vision and governance of a governed semantic layer for self-service insights.
• Stay current on analytic capabilities, including AI-assisted analytics features for the platform.
• Define guardrails and human-in-the-loop checks for AI outputs before customer delivery.
• Support high-value agentic use cases: workflow automation, data summarization, cost insights.
