Job summary

Bodhi in London is seeking a Data Platforms Lead to own its modern cloud data platform proposition across Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. This senior, hands-on role has no direct reports and places you as the lead expert, shaping client solutions, running presales and advising senior stakeholders.

You will drive architecture, governance and delivery roadmaps, lead strategic bids, and build trusted partnerships with platform vendors to accelerate value.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in data-platform services within consulting, systems integration or technology services.
• Deep technical knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong grasp of ingestion, orchestration, data modelling, data quality, governance and security.
• A track record of taking clients from POC through to production.
• Strong presales, solution and commercial experience: proposals, demonstrations and executive presentations.
• The credibility to advise CDOs, CIOs and CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Shape the company's data-platform proposition across Snowflake, Databricks and Fabric.
• Run client discovery, assessments and proofs of concept that show clear value.
• Design target architectures, governance frameworks and delivery roadmaps.
• Lead presales on strategic bids, from solution design to executive presentations.
• Ensure every proposition is technically credible, commercially viable and deliverable, with a clear path from POC to implementation and optimisation.
• Build relationships with Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft to create joint opportunities.
• Create reusable accelerators that cut delivery time and give clients trusted data foundations.
• Act as senior technical adviser on major client programmes.

We are working with a leading technology consultancy to hire a Data Platforms Lead to own its data platform proposition across Snowflake, Databricks and Microsoft Fabric.

This is a senior, hands-on role with no line management. You will be the company's lead expert on modern cloud data platforms: shaping client solutions, leading presales on key opportunities and advising senior client stakeholders.

Salary: upto £120,000 plus bonus and benefits
