A leading consultancy is seeking an established Data Platform / DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in AWS and SageMaker for a Data/ML project. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and offers a competitive daily rate under an initial 3-month contract with remote working options for UK candidates.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud & Services.
• Wealth of IaC experience with Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Action and/or Jenkins.
• Project work involving SageMaker and Jupyter Notebooks is critical.

Responsibilities

Oliver Bernard are currently working with a Consultancy client of ours who are looking for an established Data Platform / DevOps Engineer, with strong hands-on experience across SageMaker in AWS, for a Data / ML focused project.

You’ll be expected to work in a cross-functional team, devised of Platform Engineers, Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists, so prior collaboration with these type of teams day to day is needed.

To be considered for this position you must have experience with the following:

• Strong experience with AWS Cloud & AWS Services
• Wealth of IaC experience with Terraform
• Hands-on work with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Action and / or Jenkins)
• Prior project focused work with SageMaker and Jupyter Notebooks is critical
• Knowledge and experience working in MLOps driven environments

This position can offer £600-700 p/day, inside IR35, for an initial 3 month contract, and operates a remote working model (for UK based candidates only).
