Qualifications

• Strong Excel and Office 365 skills with ability to handle large spreadsheets.
• Experience maintaining databases and producing accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Support Senior Data Analysts with data collection, validation and reporting.
• Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, databases and other approved data-management systems.
• Produce regular and ad hoc performance reports for managers and internal stakeholders.
• Use advanced Excel features like pivot tables, charts and data validation to improve reporting.
• Support development and automation of recurring reports using Microsoft tools to reduce manual work.
• Perform data-quality checks and resolve data-recording issues.
