Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate up-to-date information and reports reflecting activity in Phase 3a of the SLP Complex Care Programme across 11 boroughs.
• Lead on activity reports for Clinical Pathways and ensure Clinical Directors and Service teams understand and use them.
• Analyse and input complex data, highlight themes and trends for health and social care reporting.
• Support the SLP Performance Framework with routine performance reporting and development of performance management reports.
