Job summary

Harvey Nash Group is seeking a Data Performance Analyst to join our Newcastle team on a 3-month contract inside IR35. You will turn data and user behavior into actionable insights, working with developers, testers, and stakeholders to improve digital services.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with Power BI and Tableau, analysing KPIs, and collaborating in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence. Hybrid role with Newcastle-based office presence one day per month.

Qualifications

• Develop performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, goals and benefits.
• Analyse digital service performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Extract, transform and analyse data using SQL.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, CIP or similar.
• Analyse user behaviour, including completion rates, bounce rates, returning users, exit pages and errors.
• Present insights and recommendations through regular Playbacks.
• Support Discovery, Alpha and private beta assessments.
• Work collaboratively with developers, testers, user researchers and stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence.
• Use Splunk to monitor and investigate service performance.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL and automated dashboard development.

Data Performance Analyst to join the team and support the measurement, analysis and continuous improvement of digital services. Working closely with developers, testers, user researchers and stakeholders to turn data and user behaviour into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
