Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Data & Performance Analyst to support data management, reporting and business performance across the contract. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality data, building insightful dashboards and enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

You will work with Power BI, SQL and Excel to drive KPI reporting, improve data quality and support governance and audit activities within a high-profile contract environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Data Management and data quality processes.
• Proven experience using Power BI, SQL, Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets and present meaningful business insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI performance metrics.
• Analyse data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage documentation, records and information within SharePoint while supporting governance and audit activities.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)

You'll play a key role in maintaining high-quality data, developing insightful dashboards and reports, and helping stakeholders make informed business decisions through accurate performance reporting.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain business data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across multiple systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and KPI performance metrics.
• Analyse data using SQL and Excel to identify trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage documentation, records and information within SharePoint while supporting governance and audit activities.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• Strong experience in Data Management and data quality processes.
• Proven experience using Power BI, SQL, Excel and SharePoint.
• Ability to analyse and interpret large datasets and present meaningful business insights.
