Job summary

IDAS (Independent Domestic Abuse Services) in York is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the Quality Assurance Team with data collection, reporting and coordination. You will contribute to performance monitoring across the organisation, preparing meaningful summaries and dashboards that inform decision‑making and service improvement.

Working closely with the Quality, Performance and Improvement Manager you will provide administrative, data collection and coordination support to the Quality Assurance Team. You will also support with quality assurance activity including reporting, audits, service reviews, accreditations, data quality and information governance.
