Qualifications

• 2 years of degree-level study completed.
• A minimum of 2:1 achieved in first year of study.
• Preferred degrees: Data, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or other relevant fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across multiple systems.
• Act as a point of contact for data-related queries and support updates to key data attributes.
• Support periodic access governance cycles, including role-based access reviews and ad hoc access-change requests.
• Review, prepare, and manage annual access files, including role sorting and communicating outcomes.
• Coordinate and process bulk onboarding requests, including submission of system access requests.
• Prepare and deliver recurring operational reports, including LMS vendor staff reporting and product-specific monthly volume reports.
• Support weekly reporting by preparing files, liaising with vendors, and consolidating response comments.
• Prepare SUSAR notification reports, consolidate feedback, determine scoring categories, and liaise with stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly analytics activities, including data pulls, trend analysis, and updating PowerPoint summaries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and contribute to onboarding, knowledge transfer, and student cohort engagement.
