Johnson & Johnson is offering a 12‑month internship in Maidenhead, supporting data operations, access management, and governance across multiple business processes. You will work within the Global Medical Safety organization and gain exposure to data quality, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of degree-level study, a strong Excel/Power Platform skill set, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years of degree-level study completed.
• A minimum of 2:1 achieved in the first year of study.
• Preferred degrees: Data, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks across multiple systems.
• Act as point of contact for data-related queries and updates to key data attributes.
• Support periodic access governance cycles, including role-based reviews.
• Review and manage annual access files with role sorting and approvals.
• Coordinate bulk onboarding requests and system access tasks.
• Participate in training reconciliation activities and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Manage SharePoint and shared-drive access requests with proper governance.
• Prepare and deliver recurring operational reports and monthly volume reports.
• Support weekly Out of Cycle reporting and consolidate response comments.
• Conduct quarterly analytics activities, including data pulls and trend analysis.
