Job summary

ENI – Elizabeth Norman International in the United Kingdom seeks a Data Operations Manager to own the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This role blends technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement and stakeholder management.

You'll work on survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation while collaborating with research, operations and technology teams to drive efficiencies and shape the future of research operations.

Qualifications

• Experience within market research, research operations, or data processing.
• Strong survey scripting skills (Qualtrics, Decipher, Forsta, Dimensions or similar).
• Experience with quantitative data workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Automation and process improvement experience.

They're looking for a Data Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the operational delivery of large-scale, multi-market research programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with project delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

You'll be involved in:

• Survey scripting, data processing, reporting, and workflow automation
