Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Maidenhead, Berkshire, invites a Data Operations & Access Management Specialist placement to join the Global Medical Safety community. You will work on data integrity, access governance, and operational reporting across global processes, gaining exposure to PV-adjacent activities and cross-functional collaboration.

This 12-month office-based role offers hands-on experience with Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform and Power BI, contributing to data quality

Formación

• 2 years of degree-level study completed
• A minimum of 2:1 achieved in first year of study
• Preferred degrees: Data, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, STEM, or other relevant fields

Responsabilidades

• Perform data reconciliation and quality checks across multiple systems
• Support updates to key data attributes (cities, states)
• Assist with access governance cycles and ad hoc access-change requests
• Prepare annual access files and coordinate role sorting and approvals
• Coordinate bulk onboarding requests and system access tasks
• Support training reconciliation and stakeholder follow-ups
• Manage SharePoint and shared-drive access requests with governance
• Deliver recurring operational reports (e.g., LMS vendor staff reporting)
• Support weekly Out of Cycle reporting with vendor liaison
• Run PQC referral timeliness reporting and maintain summary files
• Prepare SUSAR notification reports and liaise with stakeholders
• Conduct quarterly analytics (QLIK data pulls, trend analysis, PowerPoint summaries)
• Contribute to workflow trending analysis and related reporting
• Collaborate with global teams on onboarding and knowledge transfer
