Job summary

Fexco Property Services (Management) Limited is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to support migration of legacy data to a new platform and ongoing data administration. You will review, cleanse, validate and input data with speed and accuracy, ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team within a fast-moving property services environment in the UK.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update and maintain data within source systems.
• Review data and identify inconsistencies or errors.
• Perform data cleansing to improve data accuracy prior to migration.
• Validate migrated data against source records and investigate discrepancies.
• Support reconciliation exercises to verify migrated records.
• Collaborate with DDaT and brand teams to resolve data quality issues.
