Alt Legal is seeking a Data Migration and Onboarding Specialist in the UK to manage client onboarding and data migration projects. The role focuses on data transformation, analysis, and meticulous handling of large datasets, with a strong emphasis on spreadsheet work and stakeholder communications.

You will coordinate CSV importer development with engineers, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely, high-quality onboarding from handoff to completion.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in data/implementation-focused SaaS or web solutions.
• 2+ years' experience working from home.
• Strong Excel skills: sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs.
• SQL/database experience.
• Experience with CSMs like Vitally or ChurnZero.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Project management experience handling multiple migrations.
• IP experience is a plus not required.

Responsabilités

• Support onboarding of new and existing customers' IP data.
• Perform data mapping and manage complex datasets with precision.
• Migrate customer data into the preferred format.
• Coordinate with engineers to implement a CSV importer.
• Gather inputs from customers and internal stakeholders; maintain records.
• Resolve issues or escalate to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about system changes and updates.
• Collaborate with customer success, product, and team leads to improve experience.
