JOB TITLE: Data Manager - Rectification
SALARY: £67,000 - £74,400
LOCATIONS: Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Chester, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Hove, Leeds, Manchester, Halifax or Newport
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

The team plays a vital role in sourcing, analysing and developing data using SQL/SAS to accurately and efficiently identify customers affected by problems and calculating any refunds required in line with procedures and controls. We're always learning and sharing our knowledge through each project and look for ways to standardise reusable activities.
We aim to make processes straight forward and are empowered to challenge thinking and behaviours to enable the business to adapt and evolve, addressing real customer problems when it matters.
