Are you a data enthusiast who thrives in turning complex information into meaningful insights? We’re looking for a Data & Insights Manager to lead a talented team, drive data strategy, and get hands-on with cutting-edge data tools.

What you’ll be doing:

As Data & Insights Manager, you’ll be leading a small but talented team, helping them grow, collaborate, and deliver high-quality data solutions. This role is hands-on, so you’ll also be hands on and diving into data, uncovering insights, and making a real impact across the business.

As well as this, you’ll be driving the company’s data strategy, making sure everything is scalable, reliable, and forward-thinking. You’ll champion a data-driven culture, empowering teams to use data with confidence and keeping an eye on emerging trends like AI. What experience you’ll need to apply:

• Experience working as a Data Insight Manager, Data Manager or similar
• Experience with Python and SQL
• Strong background working with Google’s data stack (BigQuery, Dataform, Looker Studio)
• A deep understanding of data science, data engineering, and analytics with hands-on experience working with real-world datasets
• Experience leading and mentoring data teams, with a passion for developing people

What you’ll get in return:

A salary of up to £80,000 per annum. An amazing office including food, flexibility for things like school runs and the need to be at home when required, but working from the office 5 days a week where possible.
