Job summary

Ball Corporation is seeking a data management professional to establish standards, govern data assets and drive insights across manufacturing in the EMEA region. You will design scalable data solutions, lead cross-functional teams and ensure data integrity while supporting IT security and governance.

The role requires 3+ years in data management, strong BI skills (Power BI/Qlik Sense), ERP experience (SAP-PP/MM/PM) and SQL/VBA, and a capability to translate data into practical business decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Management activities and data analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with BI tools and dashboard management.
• 2+ years of experience in integration and leadership of multifunctional teams focused on data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standards of excellence in data management to ensure data integrity, security and confidentiality.
• Design data management solutions that are efficient, scalable and flexible.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns and insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams to address data needs across manufacturing domains.
• Develop and implement data governance policies to ensure compliant data handling.
• Support IT to develop data security strategies to protect confidential data.
• Evaluate data management tools and technologies to meet Ball's needs.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor data quality and implement data cleaning and standardization.
