Job summary

DWF is seeking a Data Management Analyst to strengthen our data governance and supplier management within the Finance Shared Service Centre. Based in Manchester, the hybrid role requires three days per week in the office and offers exposure to Procurement and Accounts Payable functions.

You will create, maintain and validate supplier master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. This role supports data quality checks and continuous improvement of master data practices

As a Data Management Analyst, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of supplier data that supports key business operations across the Group. Responsibilities

As a Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and validating supplier master data, ensuring records remain accurate, complete and compliant with internal controls and governance standards. You'll review supplier information, perform data quality checks, identify anomalies and engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to validate critical information, including banking details.

Working closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable and wider business teams, you'll support the ongoing improvement of data management processes and controls. You'll manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, provide excellent stakeholder support and contribute to the development of robust master data management practices that support operational efficiency across the business.

Essential

• Experience in a Master Data Management, Data Administration or similar data-focused role.
• Considerable attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and data quality.
• Experience creating, maintaining and validating large volumes of data records.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging directly with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Considerable systems aptitude with the ability to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

• Experience managing supplier or vendor master data.
• Previous experience within Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable or a Shared Service Centre environment.
• Experience conducting data quality reviews, reconciliations and cleansing activities.
• Knowledge of data governance, controls and master data management best practices.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions and locations.
• Demonstrated involvement in continuous improvement or process enhancements.
