Capula Investment Management LLP seeks an experienced Data Licensing & Market Data Contracts Lead to oversee and optimise the firm's data rights inventory. You will negotiate contracts, drive commercial terms, and provide expert guidance to stakeholders across investment teams.

You will manage the data lifecycle for market data and the security master systems, transforming complex requirements into actionable tasks while improving data quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business admin, finance or numerical discipline.
• FISD (Financial Information Associate or Data Licensing Specialist) certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data management lifecycle for market data and security master systems.
• Lead negotiation and renewal of market data contracts and licensing agreements.
• Develop innovative commercial structures for licensing and data usage.
• Collaborate with users to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.
• Communicate project status, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Address discrepancies and ensure compliance and proper data usage across the firm.
