Job summary

Gordon Timber is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst & IT Support to lead data-driven initiatives and improve reporting. The role includes building Power BI dashboards from MSSQL sources and providing day-to-day IT support across office and warehouse teams.

You will translate business needs into data and system requirements, collaborate with the Head of IT on existing systems, and contribute to ongoing data quality improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of data-driven initiatives across the organisation.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards from MSSQL data sources.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to office and warehouse teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues as part of IT function.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to understand and improve systems and infrastructure.
