Job summary

Finsbury Food Group is seeking a BI & Data Integrations Partner to join our IT team. You will develop Power BI reporting, build robust SQL-based data integrations and safeguard master data across systems to enable informed business decisions.

Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Technical teams to evolve reporting and data solutions in line with business needs. A 1–2 year BI/Data Development background and strong problem-solving skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI, reporting or data development.
• Experience developing and supporting Microsoft Power BI dashboards/reports.
• Strong SQL Server knowledge with T-SQL, stored procedures, views and objects.
• Experience with SSIS/SSRS/SSAS and ETL/data integration.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across functions.
• Experience maintaining master data governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Gather requirements, recommend solutions and deliver reporting to meet business needs.
• Support SQL Server databases, ETL processes and data integrations.
• Maintain governance and quality of master data across systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in reporting, automation and data management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, Purchasing and Technical teams.
