Job summary

Baker McKenzie seeks a Risk Systems and Data Management Analyst to support data integrity and systems used for client onboarding and matter maintenance. You will champion high-quality data practices to mitigate risk and support lawyers and stakeholders.

The role covers data maintenance in Intapp Open/Conflicts, reporting, and continuous improvement through collaboration with NBI and risk teams, with a focus on analytics and user-friendly data solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1) or relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Intapp products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity in client/matter data in Intapp Open and Conflicts.
• Accurately update key client/matter data changes per maintenance protocols.
• Identify data quality issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Assist with developing training materials on data management best practices.
• Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards for operational insights.
• Create ad hoc reports using Intapp Open, Intapp Time and SAP.
