Job summary

Brainlabs is seeking a Data Analyst to own data flow between our operational systems, data warehouse and business tools. You will ensure reliable syncing into BigQuery and back into systems like HubSpot, with a focus on live, usable data for finance, operations and client leadership.

You will build integrations, debug discrepancies and uphold data quality at scale, communicating technical details clearly to non-technical partners while supporting rapid, thoughtful growth.

Qualifications

• Experience building data pipelines and data movement between operational systems and data warehouses.
• Ability to implement data quality, governance and deduplication at scale.
• Strong SQL and Python for automation, transformation and validation.
• Familiarity with CRM data structures (HubSpot) and reverse ETL.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake) via API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own data flow between systems and data warehouse; ensure reliable syncs and live data for business use.
• Develop integrations to move operating system data into the data warehouse and back into tools.
• Debug data discrepancies and automate fixes to sustain data quality.
• Manage HubSpot as system of record: ensure data quality, deduplication and governance at scale.
• Translate technical choices into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
