About the Role

We're seeking a motivated and inquisitive Data Insights Lead to join our team and grasp the opportunity to explore the depths of data captured & generated by our services.

In this role you'll be granted the opportunity to explore our data assets to solve real-world problems and leverage the latest data analysis tools: learning to decipher relationships patterns and identify hidden trends. The objective will be to assist in the development of innovative customer‑centric data‑driven solutions as well as partnering with cross‑functional teams to drive product efficiencies for our customers.

This role reports into our recently hired Head of Data Transformation within the Product Design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Exploration and Analysis: You'll take a data‑driven approach to identifying root cause through the definition of views that will be valued by internal stakeholders and customers alike.
• AI / ML Exposure: Gain exposure to advanced analytics and real‑world experience in using artificial intelligence techniques.
• Mini‑projects: Collaborate and guide cross‑functional teams through projects that achieve efficiencies and resolve challenges faced by our teams and customers.
• Create Value: Leverage these experiences and your knowledge to drive the development of cutting‑edge solutions that deliver value to our customers.
• Client‑Centric Perspective: Develop a foundational understanding of our clients interactions with data providers and begin to grasp how these insights can be transformed into valuable data products.
• Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with the Head of Data Transformation and other team members actively participating in knowledge‑sharing and contributing to the commercialization of our data strategy.
