Job summary

Proactive Appointments is seeking a Data Insights Analyst for a permanent hybrid role in the Surrey/London area. You will drive commercial decision-making by building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and by extracting and analyzing data from finance and ERP systems.

Experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Python is highly desirable and will help automate processes and enhance data analysis.

Qualifications

• Power BI dashboards development and maintenance.
• Extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources including finance/ERP systems.
• Strong data analysis and commercial understanding.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different business areas.

Data Insights Analyst

Permanent | Hybrid Working | Up to £55,000 per annum | Surrey/ London

Our client is a leading brand looking for a talented Data, Power BI & AI Analyst to play a key role in driving commercial decision-making through data, analysis, automation and AI.The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Power BI, including building, developing and maintaining dashboards, and be confident extracting and analysing data from a variety of sources, including finance and ERP systems.

Experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Python would be highly desirable, particularly where these have been used to improve processes, automate tasks or enhance data analysis.

You will work closely with different areas of the business, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights that support commercial decisions.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and maintenance
• Experience extracting and analysing data from multiple sources
• Knowledge of finance and/or ERP systems
• Strong data analysis and commercial understanding
