We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Data Governance Lead to join the Technology, Data and Enterprise Renewal division at this not-for-profit organisation.

As a vital part of a company where every staff member contributes to their impact, you will be integral to their success as their Data Governance Lead.

Responsibilities

1. Develop a unified data governance framework for the UK and overseas teams.
2. Collaborate with the company's chosen integration partner, technology, data, and business teams to deliver compliant, fit-for-purpose data to end users.
3. Create, implement, and monitor data governance policies and procedures, including data sharing protocols and data standards based on industry best practices.
4. Embed the use of Microsoft Purview to support effective data governance processes.
5. Lead data quality improvement initiatives to ensure data is fit for purpose.
6. Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data governance efforts.
7. Develop training programs and materials to promote best data governance practices across the organisation.
