Job summary

Eurocell PLC is seeking a Data Manager to design and deliver the organisation's data architecture and governance foundations as part of the operating model programme. Based at the Eurocell Head Office in South Normanton, you will lead a core project team to establish data standards and management practices across workstreams.

The role focuses on data governance, master data management, metadata, and information architecture, ensuring long-term sustainability beyond the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks and data architecture in medium to complex organisations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms (IFS advantageous), including data models and integration points.
• Strong data experience within manufacturing and supply chain data domains (production, inventory, procurement, planning, logistics).
• Understanding of data management disciplines (data quality, master data management, metadata, data lifecycle).

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the data architecture approach to support the operating model.
• Establish data governance foundations and data standards.
• Act as central data expert for the programme and identify data risks and improvements.
• Translate design decisions into practical data management requirements.
