Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our team in Milton Keynes, with 2 days on site. The role centres on implementing the Data Governance framework, metadata management, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure trusted data across the business.

You will collaborate across business areas to establish data ownership, monitor quality, and produce monthly governance metrics for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance frameworks and/or data management practices.
• Experience with metadata and data quality tooling.
• Experience reporting to internal and external stakeholders at senior levels.
• Good understanding of UK/EU regulatory requirements (GDPR, FCA, PRA).

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the Data Governance framework and policy.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand priorities and enable a value-led governance approach.
• Help establish metadata management with the approved data catalogue tool.
• Become an expert in the data catalogue tool and train others.
• Help establish data quality monitoring and reporting using the approved tooling.
• Assist in creating data quality rules and dashboards to identify issues.
• Become an expert in the data quality tool and train others.
• Produce monthly Data Governance performance metrics for committees.
• Manage the Quality Management checklist for data governance items.
