  • Collaborate with teams across the business to embed data and AI governance practices.
  • Help define governance objectives, standards, and guidelines that align with our organisational goals.
  • Provide guidance on key governance tools like data dictionaries and catalogues.
  • Monitor and improve data quality through profiling, cleansing, and enrichment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data and AI governance policies and relevant regulations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and provide insights that support better governance.
  • Participate in governance committees and working groups to promote best practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data and AI governance.
What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about data, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference. You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a data governance or data management role.
  • Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts and ethical AI principles.
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. DPA 2018, CCPA) is a plus.
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CDMP, DGSP, BCS, IDM) are desirable.
Benefits

Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people. Viva is our global wellbeing programme and includes all aspects of our health – from mental and physical, to financial, social and environmental wellbeing. We support flexible working and have a range of family-friendly benefits.
