Overview

Are you looking for a position where you can make a difference? Do you have an eye for detail? As one of our dedicated Data Entry Clerks, you will be responsible for raising invoices and administering incoming invoices as part of our Daresbury, Warrington contact centre on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities

The Role;

  • Fixed term 6-months contract.
  • Manage and raise invoices across our Accident Repair Network.
  • Answer queries and resolve discrepancies related to invoices.
  • Conduct sanction searches on suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to implement effective credit control.
  • Ensure attention to detail and accuracy to minimize risk.
  • Operate the invoicing system efficiently and provide optimal solutions for customers.

Opportunities for contract extension and potential permanent employment may be available for candidates demonstrating the right capabilities and behaviors.

Qualifications

Desired qualifications and experience:

  • Excellent MS Office skills with a focus on data entry accuracy.
  • Well-organized with effective prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with AudaExpress and creating sales invoices using MS Office is desirable.
