Job summary

The Developer Link is connecting with a major UK charity that recently adopted Snowflake and is now expanding the data engineering function in London. We’re seeking two Data Engineers (mid and mid-senior) to shape the next phase, with an emphasis on hands-on work and strategic thinking to improve data practices across the business.

You’ll join at the start of a significant data transformation, with the opportunity to influence how the organisation uses data moving forward.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating multiple sources into a data warehouse.
• Understanding of data modelling, quality and governance.
• Ability to take ownership and push back when needed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve data pipelines.
• Develop SQL-based data models.
• Integrate Salesforce and other data sources into Snowflake.
• Establish data quality and governance practices.
• Improve engineering processes and ways of working.
• Manage the performance and cost of the data platform.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
