Advanced Resource Managers Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer/Developer to join a modern data platform team in London, delivering analytics, reporting and AI-enabled solutions. The role focuses on Snowflake, Azure, Python with some .NET/C# and React/TypeScript exposure.

The successful candidate will build scalable data solutions, support cloud-based platform development and promote engineering best practices across the team. Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite in London.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Snowflake experience.
• ETL/ELT development experience.
• Dimensional modelling (Kimball).
• dbt development and engineering best practices.
• Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and CI/CD.
• Python development for automation and data processing.
• Azure DevOps or GitHub usage.
• Experience with AI development tools like Copilot.
• Financial Services/Asset Management experience.
• .NET/C# and React/TypeScript exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Snowflake data models, transformations and pipelines.
• Build and enhance dbt models, testing frameworks and deployments.
• Develop Python utilities and services for data integration and automation.
• Support Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Use Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and deployments.
• Triage production issues and improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
