Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric: Data Pipelines, Lakehouses, Notebooks
• Advanced SQL and T-SQL development
• Proven ETL/ELT implementation experience
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse, CRM data migrations
• Data reconciliation, validation, testing, QA
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines within Microsoft Fabric
• Build and manage Lakehouses, Notebooks, and data integration workflows
• Develop efficient ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and deliver data
• Support the migration of legacy data platforms into Microsoft Fabric
• Work closely with Dynamics 365 rollout, CRM/Dataverse data integration
• Perform data reconciliation, validation, testing, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data solutions
• Contribute to data governance and platform optimisation
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives with reliable data assets
