Job summary

What’s Possible Group is seeking a Data Engineer to join our fast-paced data team. You will own and evolve ETL pipelines, integrate data from multiple sources, and build reporting capabilities to empower client campaigns.

You’ll work with Azure, GCP and AWS, leveraging Adverity and other tools to deliver robust data solutions. Collaboration with media teams and external partners is essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of full-time Python and SQL experience.
• Experience in a media agency or with media data.
• Experience with APIs to extract data from various platforms.
• End-to-end design, build and deployment of ETL solutions.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow / Prefect).
• Nice to have Linux VM, Bash, Git hooks, cost awareness and reporting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of new and existing ETL pipelines and data projects for the agency and wider group.
• Collaborate with media teams and partners to ensure data is available and interpretable.
• Provide client-facing onboarding and troubleshooting for data solutions.
• Shape the evolution of the data ecosystem, contributing to product design and architecture discussions.
• Own DevOps tasks and manage cloud infrastructure in support of data solutions.
• Ensure adherence to data governance and security best practices across the ecosystem.
• Advocate for data solutions and support smooth implementation across teams.
