Job summary

the7stars is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Data and Tech solutions team. You will build and activate data from multiple sources, including Looker, Google Cloud, and Salesforce platforms, delivering scalable ELT pipelines and actionable insights for marketing performance.

You will work on modern data architectures, collaborate with marketing stakeholders, and contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives while embracing a hybrid London-based work pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in an engineering/developer role with emphasis on media and marketing data solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong experience and understanding of marketing platforms, metrics and KPIs.
• Industry experience of SQL and python.
• Track record of implementing cloud-based data solutions.
• Ability to manage projects and processes independently.
• Good understanding of business and marketing performance metrics.
• Good understanding of the ad/mar-tech landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing data integrations with clients, between our platforms and external 3rd party platforms, data partners and development partners.
• Project management, coordinating various stakeholders to ensure access, data validation and clear/documented updates.
• Building/implementing and scaling solutions across clients, enabling data-driven activation.
• Creating and maintaining ELT pipelines to ensure data freshness and accuracy.
