• Strong commercial Data Engineer experience in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on Databricks experience.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Extensive Oracle database experience.
• Proven data pipelines and integration solutions.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
• Understanding of data modelling, performance optimisation and data quality.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Independent work with minimal supervision.
• Banking/financial services experience and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.
• Develop data solutions using Databricks, Python and SQL.
• Support migration of legacy data assets to modern cloud architectures.
