Job summary

Reply Ltd in London is seeking a Data Engineer to design and develop high-performance big data applications, manage complex datasets, and work across the full development lifecycle on client projects.

You'll work with SQL, Python, ETL, AWS and Databricks in a cloud multi-tenant environment, with extensive training and a clear career progression path. This consulting role offers opportunities to work with leading brands in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
1–2 years' experience with big data projects using SQL and Python.
Experience with AWS and/or Databricks.
Excellent communication skills; ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
Interest in pursuing a specialist Data Engineer career path.

Responsibilities

Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
Design and develop high performing end-to-end big data applications for batch and real-time processing in a multi-tenant cloud environment.
Develop tools for data acquisition, extraction, transformation, and loading of large datasets.
Be involved in design, development, deployment, monitoring and operations; explore emerging technologies to deliver business value.
