GSK in Greater London is seeking a Data Engineer to shape data models and integrate product and process data across R&D, CMC and commercial systems.

You will build and govern data pipelines, apply ontologies and knowledge graphs, and enable AI-assisted mapping while ensuring data quality, security and GxP controls. This role partners with global teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s in CS/IT/SE or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant data engineering and DevOps experience in complex environments.
• Experience spanning R&D, CMC and manufacturing domains with data/PDLM platforms.
• Experience with ontologies or knowledge-graph technologies to link data across systems.
• Experience enabling AI/ML through well-designed data sets and integrations.
• Experience with MES/LES/LIMS/ERP or similar platforms and GxP controls.

Responsabilidades

• Set up CI/CD pipelines and data integration flows between PDLM and other systems.
• Ensure version-controlled, tested, peer-reviewed pipeline code for traceability.
• Collaborate with AI teams to provision data pipelines, environments and access patterns.
• Design and maintain data and integration engineering standards and reusable patterns.
