We’re working with a forward-thinking Microsoft-partnered consultancy looking for a Data Engineer to join their growing team. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the latest Microsoft technologies, focusing on Databricks implementation projects.

You will be part of a team engaged in data-driven projects, responsible for designing, developing, and creating data solutions. You will handle the full end-to-end product lifecycle, from platform design to insights creation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, high-performance data solutions using the latest cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Designing and developing scalable data pipelines for analytics and reporting.
2. Building and maintaining ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and store data from various sources.
3. Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
4. Implementing data quality checks and monitoring for data accuracy and reliability.
5. Optimising data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
6. Contributing to data architecture decisions and best practices.
7. Documenting data processes and pipelines to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Qualifications for success:
