VirtueTech Recruitment Group has partnered with a leading global energy trading business to hire a Senior Python Data Engineer for its Front Office Data Products team in London. You will build data pipelines, dashboards and real-time data solutions to support traders and risk teams.

Working in a hybrid London environment (3 days in office), you will collaborate with front-office stakeholders, own projects, and help expand real-time data capabilities across energy markets.

Competenze

• Strong Python and SQL experience.
• Experience with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect).
• Experience with Python UI/dashboard tools (Plotly Dash or Streamlit).
• Exposure to Kafka and real-time streaming technologies.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Azure cloud services.

You’ll be working closely with front-office stakeholders, taking ownership of projects and helping the team expand its real-time data capabilities.

Requirements:

• Strong Python and SQL experience
